Our approach here at William Snyder Construction ensures every project is as smooth possible. From design through construction, our transparent process and thoroughness minimizes the surprises and risks that come with any building project.
First, we come out and estimate: William himself comes out to your home to discuss your ideas and review the layout of the space. William has a great eye for detail and symmetry to make up the interior flow.
Second, we prepare a proposal: William brings his notes and information back to the office and the proposal takes shape. A detailed estimate will be sent over via email within 3 business days after your estimate. If you have any questions regarding the estimate, feel free to email us or call the office.
Third, you accept the proposal: After careful review, you the customer would reach out to us and let us know you’re ready to get moving! From there we will draft an official contract regarding your job. A signed copy of the contract and a down payment are required before any work is started. Payment details are spelled out in the contract.
Fourth, we get started: William and the crew will get started on an agreed upon date. While on site, we use a HEPA filter to keep the air dust free. All of our tools are attached to HEPA filters as well to cut down on dust straight from the source. Before we leave each day we sweep up and mop to keep the dust down. All pathways through your home that are high traffic areas are covered to protect your flooring from any damage or debris. Depending on job size there can be multiple phases to the job that will be completed in order. After the completion of the phases, additional payment is requested in the form of an invoice. Payment of the invoice after each phase serves as approval that the work has been completed to your specifications.
Last, we’re all done: When the job is completed, you the customer will do a final walk through with William to go over the whole project and address any issues you may see. William will personally address issues and final payment is required after all items are completed. Our work is guaranteed for one year after the project is completed.
